Forums and Blog Help The forums are a gathering place for everyone in the nonprofit community to exchange ideas. All posts, including shared documents, are publicly available so you do not need a Blackbaud login to view them. If you have a question about best practices, or have discovered a creative use for Blackbaud software, take advantage of this opportunity to share your knowledge and brainstorm with your peers. The forums also include helpful documents that software users have created and shared. Use them as a starting point for creating your organization's forms and manuals, or share a document of your own. The blogs are a place for Blackbaud employees to share their product knowledge and relate important news. In addition to the product-specific blogs, our blog lineup includes corporate, industry, and event blogs, as well as personal blogs by Blackbaud employees. You do not need to log in to view existing forum posts or blog entries. If your organization has Blackbaud software, log in to post to the forums, leave comments on a blog post, or create a profile. If your organization does not have Blackbaud software, click Join on the top right of the Forums or Blog page to register, post and comment.
